It came as no surprise when Allie Standifer decided she wanted to write humorous, adventure-filled romance stories. After all her life has been one of constant adventure-from surviving the wilds of oft-flooding, hurricane magnet South East Texas where she lives to growing up in Saudi Arabia where her brother tried to sell her to Bedouins (for what amounts to less than $1.50). Drawing on her own weird experiences, Allie knew her books could never be about hum drum boy meets girl. Her stories have a decidedly paranormal twist to them, filled with past lives, chain e-mail sending oracles, magic, sexy gods, and heroines who know exactly what they want. Allie is published with the Wild Rose Press and soon to be published with Ellora's Cave. Allie is a staunch supporter of breast cancer charities, endometriosis and diabetes research. When not writing the stories of all the people in her head, Allie can be found fighting off her demonic cat, chasing a dog with a penchant for purple, trying to avoid the kitchen and grocery stores at all costs, and trying not to think about her next deadline.

Judith Rochelle aka Emily Brevard aka Desiree Holt"I've had a lot of firsts in my life - first female sports report on The Michigan Daily at the University of Michigan; first woman to own a rock and roll agency in Detroit, the home of Motown; first woman president of the Pasco (Florida) Economic Development Council.
I graduated from the University of Michigan. I had a wild and wacky time managing rock and roll bands, worked for a string of weekly newspapers, coordinated a Star Trek convention, coordinated a series of rock and roll concerts. Did a Midwestern tour with one of my bands opening for Bob Seger, and did a tour with Southern rock band Wet Willie. Worked for two universities before I retired. How much more opposite can you get!
When I'm not writing, I'm reading - anything and everything - and watching football, especially my Michigan Wolverines. I play golf occasionally, and we target shoot a lot - I can "burn a hole" at fifteen feet. I've been writing full time for two years. Judith, Desiree and/or Emily are published with Wild Rose Press, Total E-Bound and Ellora's Cave. www.JudithRochelle.com ~*~ www.EmilyBrevard.com ~*~ www.DesireeHolt.com

By day, Shayla Kersten is a mild-mannered accountant. By night, she's a writer of sexy romances. Torn between genres, Shayla writes erotic stories about hot heroes and their sexy women, as well as hot men and their passionate heroes for Ellora's Cave, Liquid Silver, Black Lace and Kensington Aphrodisia. A native of Arkansas, Shayla spent four years in the Army as a missile specialist, stationed in Germany and Oklahoma. After her enlistment was up, she spent eleven years in New York City taking a bite out of the Big Apple. Even her love of theatre and the nightlife of the big city couldn't cure terminal homesickness for the Natural State. In 1995, she returned to her roots in Arkansas. Shayla now divides her time between her mother, her spoiled rotten dogs, her dratted day job and her obsession-writing. And no, her mother doesn't know what she writes. That's between Shayla, her dogs and her readers!
